Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take hardware donations? If so, what are you looking for?
Absolutely! Unfortunately, trying to bring back history of an almost forgotten company means being unable to find everything. I would love to digitally preserve and catalog everything I can about this company, and would love help in acquiring some of this hardware and software!
My Wish List (As of 06 September 2025)
- Seequa XT
- Seequa PC
- Seequa 325
- Seequa Color Chameleon
- Seequa Chameleon XL, TeleVideo XL, Federal Data Corporation XAT (All the same machine)
- Seequa Exec (Software)
- Chameleon Expansion Chassis
- "Short Stuff" RAM Expansion Board (Does it exist?)
- RAMPlus Boards, Initialization Disk, ROM Replacement
- Any other Seequa hardware and/or software I may have missed
- Manuals for any of these systems
You made a mistake! Can I contact you to tell you off about misinformation?
Of course! The issue with doing research using magazines and newspaper is embellishment and incorrect reporting. I am always happy to modify my research to fix any issues you found. I will also credit you in my footnotes for assisting!
Do you offer repair services?
Currently, I'm focused on my own projects and preservation work. However, I'm always happy to provide advice or point you in the right direction for vintage computer issues.
Are you available for speaking engagements?
I'd love to share my passion for vintage computing! Contact me with details about your event, and we can discuss possibilities.
